Atmos Traders provides an educational trading simulation. The service lets you rehearse the structure of a proprietary trading firm evaluation — objectives, risk rules, dashboards, review stages and a simulated payout milestone — entirely inside a simulated environment.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, payment institution, investment manager, investment adviser, or proprietary trading firm, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of these.

No real money is traded, invested, managed, deposited, withdrawn, held or transferred through the service at any time. All balances, equity figures, profits, losses, splits and payout figures are simulated assessment values generated for scoring an educational exercise.

Orders you place are recorded inside the simulation only. They are never routed to any venue, broker or counterparty, and no position is ever opened, held or hedged on your behalf or on your instruction.

Market data used in the simulation is for educational scoring and may be delayed, adjusted, synthetic or otherwise different from live market data.

If you complete the programme objectives, you receive a payout certificate: a document recording the simulated payout milestone you reached and summarising your simulated results, risk discipline and drawdown behaviour.

The payout certificate is a training record. It is not money, cash, credit, a voucher, a transfer, a payment instrument, a security, a share of profits, a debt owed to you, or a claim against us or anyone else. It confers no financial, ownership or redemption rights of any kind, and it cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed for value.

The certificate is also not a qualification, licence, accreditation, employment offer, or an introduction or referral to any firm.

Fees are a one-time charge for access to the simulation and its assessment, including support and certificate processing. Fees are not a deposit, subscription for capital, investment, contribution, or purchase of any financial product, and they are never held on your behalf.

Prices shown include any promotion active at the time of purchase. Promotions are limited in time and may be withdrawn or changed. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to you, it applies in addition to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must not use the service where doing so would breach any law or regulation that applies to you. You are responsible for determining whether the service is permitted for you.

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must not:

• share, sell, rent or transfer an account, or complete the programme on behalf of another person;
• exploit simulation defects, latency, pricing errors or scoring bugs;
• use automation to manipulate assessment results, or coordinate accounts to game objectives;
• present the simulation, its balances or a certificate as real trading, real funding, real earnings, or as a service we do not provide;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or copy the platform or its materials.

We may suspend or close an account, void a result, or withhold or revoke a certificate where these rules are breached.

Nothing in the service or on our pages is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer of employment. Simulated results are hypothetical and do not predict or guarantee any real outcome. We do not promise income, profitability, funding, placement or any particular result.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance, restoration windows and outages may interrupt access. We may change programme rules, objectives, pricing or features; material changes apply to purchases made after they take effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for decisions you take in real markets. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

The platform, brand, programme rules, certificate design and materials remain ours. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them for your own educational purposes only.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.
