Privacy Policy

This policy covers our website and the simulation platform. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as Trustpilot, which handle data under their own policies.

• Account data: name, email address, and login credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form).
• Programme data: your simulated trades, simulated balances, objective progress, risk metrics and certificate records.
• Purchase data: order reference, amount, currency and status. Card details are entered with our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.
• Support data: the messages you send us and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and event logs used for security, fraud prevention and debugging.

We do not collect financial account statements, brokerage credentials or investment holdings, because no real trading or money movement is involved in the service.

• to take payment for access and handle refunds or disputes;
• to provide support and respond to your requests;
• to keep the platform secure, detect abuse and enforce programme rules;
• to send service messages, and marketing only where you have opted in or where permitted, with an unsubscribe link in every marketing email;
• to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in a secure and improving service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and customer support tooling — and with professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers for their own purposes.

Providers may process data outside your jurisdiction. Where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep sessions secure, plus limited analytics to understand how pages are used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; strictly necessary cookies are required for login to work.

Account and programme data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so certificates stay verifiable. Transaction records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Security logs are kept for a short, limited period. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.

We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls and logging, and we limit staff access to what is needed for the task. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly about any suspicious activity.

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, a portable copy, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within the time the law allows. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn we have, we delete it.
